Trump supporters attack parliament

Such an event is unprecedented in the history of the United States. Violent supporters of President Trump have stormed the country's Capitol. The incident happened during a joint session of Congress to recognize the victory of Democratic candidate Joe Biden, who won last November's election.

The assailants smashed the windows of the building and attacked the police. Police cordoned off the whole building to oust radical people who were killed in the firing. The newly elected president of the United States has strongly criticized the incident. After this incident, the joint session was adjourned.

However, it has been announced to start again at night. Four people have been killed and several others injured in a series of attacks on the US Capitol. A curfew has been imposed in the capital, Washington DC, following the incident. One was killed by police and three others were hospitalized. A woman was killed during a clash with police around the capital. The woman who died inside the Capitol building is a former U.S. Air Force officer.

Trump's attack was aimed at reversing the outcome of the election defeat. Washington DC police say that, they have arrested more than 52 people. Most of them have been arrested for violating curfew laws. The joint session of the Congress was adjourned at one stage in the wake of the attack on the Capitol building. However, when the situation came under control, the session was resumed.

Such an attack after 206 years in the United States

The Capitol, the capital of the United States Congress, was attacked in Washington in 1814 during the war between the United States and the United Kingdom. This war of the British forces with the United States and its allies is known as the 'War of 1812'. The war began in June 1812; it ended in 1815.

History tells us that the Capitol was attacked in August 1814, led by Vice Admiral Sir Alexander Cookburn and Major General Robert Ross of the British Army. The building was then set on fire. 206 years after the attack on the Capitol building, such a disgusting incident happened again. Newly elected US President Joe Biden, as well as several top figures from the country's two main parties, have been condemning the incident. World leaders have also joined the criticism.

Canada was then a British colony, with York as its capital. The attack was carried out by British forces in Washington in retaliation for the US attack and arson in York. British forces attacked not only the Capitol, but also the White House and various locations in Washington DC. However, this time the attack of Trump supporters was not in a war situation. So this incident has raised a storm of condemnation everywhere in the United States. The U.S. Capitol History Society said in a statement after the attack, "The U.S. Capitol is not just a building, it's a symbol of U.S. democracy."

Relatives are leaving Trump's company

Trump's close associates are leaving the United States after President Trump's attack on the Capitol. The attack has sparked a storm of condemnation among world leaders, including Democrats and Republicans. White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Matthews is at the top of Trump's list after the attack. We need a peaceful transfer of power in our country. Sarah said, ‘I feel honored to be involved in the Trump administration. I am proud of the policies that have been adopted at this time.

Earlier in the day, US First Lady Melania Trump's chief of staff and former Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham resigned. After her resignation, Stephanie said, "I am proud to have served in this country through the White House. I am proud to be a part of the way Mrs. Trump has helped children in so many different places. I am also proud to be associated with a lot of the work of this administration. ”Many in Trump's Republican Party are leaving after the attack.
