Chocolate cake is the choice of people of all ages. Today is Chocolate Cake Day. That's why eminent chef Masuma Ali suggests an easy way to make chocolate cake at home.
Chocolate cake
Ingredients: 4 eggs for cake sponge, 1 cup of flour, half a cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and half a teaspoon of chocolate paste. For frosting and filling 400 gms of butter, 200 gms of icing sugar, 2 tsp of vanilla essence and 1 tsp of chocolate paste. 300 grams of dark chocolate and 150 grams of cream for Ganas.
Method: Break the egg and beat the egg whites separately. When it becomes foam, mix sugar and keep whisking again. Now beat it with kusum and set it aside. Stir in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and powdered milk in a sieve. Then mix well with the beaten foam. Now mix lightly with chocolate paste. Pour the mixture with baking paper in a cake pan and bake at 180-degree heat for 35 minutes. Beat the butter and all the other ingredients together in a beaterball. Pour the cream and chocolate for the ganache into an ovenproof bowl. Now shake it in the microwave oven for 1 minute, then leave it for another 1 minute and mix it well.
When the cake sponge is cool,
slice it with a cake slicer. Place the slices on the turn table and brush the
sugar syrup first. Now apply butter with a butter knife. Layer in this way and
apply butter, frosting. Bring to a simmer at room temperature and pour over the
cake. Leave it in the fridge for a while and take the cake to the cake board.
Garnish with cherries or chocolate on top and serve.

Chocolate mousse cake
Ingredients: 60 g flour, 20 g cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 120 grams powdered sugar, 1 egg, 35 grams’ soybean oil, 3/4 tablespoon hot milk, Chocolate emulsion 1/2 teaspoon.
Method: Take a bottomless cake mold and grease it. Settings or layers are beautiful in this type of mold. The cake can also be set in an oven proof bowl. First all the dry ingredients have to be sifted. This time all the ingredients have to be mixed well in a bowl until the sugar is melted. The electric oven must be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes. Baking time may vary according to the electric oven.
Dark chocolate mousse
Ingredients: Dark chocolate 75 g, fresh cream 70 g, two tablespoons gelatin mixed in normal water two teaspoons, whipped cream 90 g.
Method: First the dark
chocolate should be completely melted in double boiler method. When it gets a
little cold, mix fresh cream in it and beat it. Now whip the cream well and
fold it gently and mix it with the above mixture. Gelatin soaked in water
should be heated in the microwave for 5 seconds and then cooled lightly. Once
it is cold, it should be added to the mixture. Once the chocolate cake has
cooled, fill the piping bag with dark chocolate mousse and layer it nicely. Now
let these 2 types of layers set in a bottomless cake mold be set for 25 minutes
in a normal fridge chamber.

White chocolate mousse
Ingredients: White chocolate 75 g, fresh cream 80 g, two tablespoons mixed in normal water, two teaspoons of gelatin, whipped cream 90 g.
Method: First the white
chocolate should be completely melted in double boiler method. When it gets a
little cold, mix fresh cream in it and beat it. Now whip the cream well and
fold it gently and mix it with the above mixture. Gelatin soaked in water
should be heated in the microwave for 5 seconds and then cooled lightly. Cold
gelatin should be added to the mixture. Once the chocolate cake has cooled, fill
it with white chocolate mousse in a piping bag and layer it nicely. Once the
layer is given, the whole cake should be set in the normal fridge for at least
4 hours. Then after demolishing and dusting some cocoa powder on the cake, the
funny white chocolate mousse cake will be ready to serve.
Ovaltine Chocolate Fruity Cake
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted ghee, 1 tablespoon soybean oil, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup Ovaltine, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Spoon, 1/2 cup of dry fruits, 2 kinds of raisins, jam, ground almonds.
Method: First you have to sift
the flour and baking powder. Then mix well with Ovaltine, powdered milk, cocoa
powder. Once mixed, beat the eggs and sugar well with a beater. When the sugar
melts, a foamy texture should actually stop beating. Then beat with ghee for a
while and mix well. The dried ingredients should be mixed slowly with a spatula
three to four times. The dried fruits should be mixed with a little flour. Then
lightly mix with the whole mixture on top. Bake the cake in the oven at 180
degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. The time in the oven can be a bit short.
Once baked, stick a stick in the middle of the cake to see if the stick comes
out clean. If you come out clearly, you have to understand that the cake is
done. Then it can be eaten cold and demolished.
